  • Uploading illegal, fraudulent, or misleading content
  • Violating anyone's intellectual property rights

6. Visibility Controls and Sharing

Velu provides granular visibility controls for your portfolio content:

  • Public - visible to everyone on the internet
  • Restricted - requires approval from you to view
  • Hidden - not visible to anyone except you

You are responsible for managing your visibility settings. Public content can be indexed by search engines and viewed by anyone. Restricted and hidden content remains private unless you explicitly share access.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its content (excluding user-uploaded content) are owned by Velu and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited license to use the Service for personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any materials without our prior written consent.

8. Subscription and Payment

If you purchase a paid subscription:

  • Billing occurs annually in advance
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled
  • You can cancel anytime before the renewal date
  • Refunds are handled per our refund policy
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The materials on Velu are provided "as is." Velu makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

10. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall Velu or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Velu, even if we or our authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

11. Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing on Velu could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Velu does not warrant that any of the materials on its Service are accurate, complete, or current. Velu may make changes to the materials contained on its Service at any time without notice.

Velu has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Velu of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.

  • Your account and portfolio will be deactivated
  • You will lose access to your data
  • You may request data export before termination
